The Hotel Picafort Park is a secluded and peaceful hotel which is perfect for couples looking for a relaxing holiday with excellent facilities. Surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens and palm fringed terraces the hotel feels more like a small village than a hotel complex. The location may be peaceful but a beach is within easy walking distance and the centre of the resort is just a 15 minute stroll or short bus ride away.

The impressive swimming pool is surrounded by sun loungers, parasols and palm dotted terraces. A pretty bridge leads to an attractive pool bar serving drinks and snacks throughout the day. Sporting facilities include tennis courts and a five a side court. As with all Thomson Gold hotels you can expect first class evening entertainment including cabaret shows, live music and dancing as well as tribute acts.

Guest bedrooms at the Picafort Park are well appointed around the pool or in the gardens and have 2 or 3 beds, air conditioning, satellite TV, WI-FI access and fringe or mini bar as well as furnished balcony or terrace. Superior suites are also available for those wising to indulge and are larger with tea and coffee making facilities and fruit and flowers on arrival.

Recent reviews mention the excellent quality of the food served in the buffet restaurant. Most guests at the hotel stay on a half board basis and there is a wide variety of international cuisine available including weekly themed evenings. Other recent visitors have recommended some of the excursions available from the hotel including the trip to the old town of Pollensa and Cala St Vincent.

The Haiti Hotel is a family friendly complex in an excellent location just 500 metres from the resort centre and just a short stroll from the sandy beach. The hotel is also on the local bus route so travelling around and exploring the area could not be easier. The hotel caters very much to the family market and has a friendly atmosphere and welcoming staff.

The large swimming pool at the centre of the resort is where most of the activities take place and is also surrounded by impressive terraces where you can lie back and relax or join in with the fun. Sun loungers and parasols are plentiful so no need to get up early to reserve one. Other facilities at the hotel include a lounge bar with TV and evening entertainment bar where you can enjoy professional shows and live music.

Rooms at the hotel are bright and modern with air conditioning in high season. A limited number of rooms for 4 are also on offer and cots are available on request. Most guests at the hotel stay on a half board basis and meals are served buffet style in the restaurant. Breakfasts include continental and cooked options and evening meals have an international flavour with regular themed evenings.

Holiday Village Viva in Ca'n Picafort is one of the infamous First Choice family holiday villages so you can expect very high standards and a huge range of facilities for children.  The grounds are reminiscent of a Mediterranean village with beautiful landscaped gardens, winding pools and sprawling terraces.

Families are really spoiled at this wonderful hotel. There are several kids clubs offering well organised activities and parents can really relax knowing that the clubs are ran by fully qualified First Choice staff. As well as the kids clubs there are numerous sporting activities on offer including pool tables and table tennis. Children will love the splash pool and there is also a shallow section in the main pool.

Accommodation is spacious and again very family friendly. The one bedroom apartments sleep up to 4 people and have a separate bedroom, sofabed in the living room and kitchenette as well as air-conditioning and balcony or terrace. Select rooms are also available and include express check in, DVD player, play station, bathrobes, slippers and a selection of drinks in the fridge.  Those looking for more outside space could opt for a Privilege pool or lake view room which have private gardens.

Holiday Village Viva is an all inclusive resort so there is no need to worry about spending money once you arrive and children can have as much ice-cream as the like! As part of the all inclusive programme all meals are included, most are served buffet style but guests can also dine once per week in the Italian restaurant and Caribbean grill.
